Our policy lasts 90 days on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within the 90 day period beginning on the date of your purchase and receive a full refund or exchange.
For any of our holograms that are not already embedded in an insole or other product to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are returning a product such as our insoles, in which the holograms are embedded simply return the item as is in it’s original package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.
Please note that many credit card and other financial institutions can take several days to process the refund back to your card or account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive your refund in a timely manner please contact your credit card company, it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: Customer Care@FrequencyFlow.com.
We will gladly replace items if they are the wrong size, defective, or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at Customer Care@FrequencyFlow.com stating your desired item and also include this same information with your returned item. Please mail your item to: Frequency Flow Fulfillment, 2121 Wimbledon Circle, Franklin, TN 37069 US .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly suggest you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We obviously cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
